1. General Complaint Conditions

Customers have the right to file a complaint about goods in accordance with applicable laws. Complaints are handled according to Consumer Protection Act.

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for products is 24 months, unless stated otherwise.

3. Complaint Procedure

  • Contact us via email or phone and state the reason for the complaint.
  • Prepare proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  • Send the product to our address, or we can arrange transportation upon agreement.

4. Return within 14 days

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
The goods must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging.
